Meetings start about 10:30. NOTAMs are submitted for 3000
ft.
The club has two sites at Redwick. The main site is a set
of fields separated by low hedges and ditches with a a few treees. It is large and suitable for
flying up to I impulse. There is plenty of parking along the road, and access
is through gates or across a railway sleeper over the ditch.
The reserve field is about 300m by 300m with a few smaller
fields around it. There are houses on the north side so we fly from the south
side and limit flights to D impulse. Equipment must be carried onto this field
as the ground is too soft for vehicles (but excellent for heavy
landings!).
